Autumn in Helsinki

Syksy Helsingissä

It’s officially Autumn here in Helsinki. Average highs are near fifty degrees Fahrenheit and it dips into the low forties in the evening. The following photos of the changing leaves were taken on my walk to school along Intiankatu and Antti Korpin Tie.

So pretty! I’m still waiting for the trees to go orange in Ireland-they’re still basically green!

Thanks for your comment and nice blog! Let me know when the leaves change in Ireland! I’d love to see pictures.

Amazing colors! We had our first breath of fall this weekend and I am so glad that the summer is finally retreating. It was so hot here. I don’t think Josephine likes the heat very much either.

I feel like fall is practically retreating here! Just as quickly as the leaves started to change, they are falling and leaving barren trees throughout Helsinki. Winter is just around the corner.
